Summary
3D FINITY s.r.o. ("we", "the Operator") processes the personal data of visitors to and customers of 3dfinity.sk in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Slovak law. We collect data such as name, contact details, billing and delivery address, and data from cookies, for purposes including order fulfilment, our statutory accounting obligations, and — with your consent — marketing communication. We keep personal data only for as long as necessary and share it only with service providers directly involved in fulfilling your order (for example couriers, payment providers, our accountant).
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
